EASTER NEST MERINGUE COOKIE

Meringue cookies are simple treats made from a mixture of egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar. They are crispy and airy clouds of confection.

 

To elevate it, chocolate buttercream is filled in the center giving it extra flavor and contrast in texture. Mini eggs are then placed on top for that festive egg nest finish.
