What's a blondie? Think of a brownie but without the cocoa powder (chocolate). It's often regarded as the lighter version of brownies. Except ours is not light at all. It's packed full of flavor, texture but more importantly, nutrition!


Our version is the secretly healthiest of them all (mom approved). It's flour-less and egg-less. Organic maple syrup is used as a natural sweetener.


But why is it healthy? It's mainly comprised of sweet potato, whole grain oats and sesame paste (Tahini). This dessert is enhanced with important dietary fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals.   

And why is it a secret? Because you can't tell. The taste of sweet potato and oats are undetectable. 

We've topped it with M&M Easter speckled mini eggs and mixed 70% dark Belgian chocolate chunks inside for some added texture.
