Daifuku Stuffed Salted Toffee Cookie
(Red Bean White Rabbit)

This one's a mouthful, literally. This cookie is made with salted brown butter and oats. Stuffed with homemade red bean paste and milk mochi (aka Daifuku). Then topped with limited edition red bean flavored white rabbit candy and toffee.

Full of flavor and texture. It's crispy along the edges, soft in the middle and chewy throughout.

Ingredients: *Organic Whole Grain Gluten-free Oats, Gluten-free Flour Blend, Butter, Red Bean, Red Bean White Rabbit Candy, Chocolate Toffee, Glutinous Rice Flour, *Organic Milk, *Organic Eggs, Corn Starch, Sugar, Vanilla, Salt.
 

* Gluten-free and nut-free.

*This product is meant to be heated up before serving. It can be consumed at room temperate on the first day but if stored in the refrigerator it needs to be reheated to soften the mochi. It should not be consumed after the 2nd day as the mochi texture will not be desirable. 

We recommend substituting a different item if it can not be enjoyed as intended.
