Gingerbread Cookie + White Model Chocolate

The gingerbread cookie is a holiday favorite, crafted from an aromatic oat based dough. The distinctive flavors comes from molasses, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. 

Instead of using icing or fondant, we use our homemade model white chocolate topping made with Belgian chocolate. 

*Only medium box and larger sized orders contain multiple gingerbread cookies with the choice of boy and


*Special orders can be made for the cookie alone, which is dairy free but contains eggs. 


Ingredients: Gluten-free certified organic oat flour, Gluten-free Flour blend (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), Sugar, Egg, Olive Oil, Belgian Callebaut White Chocolate (Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour; hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey powder, powdered whey protein concentrate, titanian dioxide), Corn Syrup,
