Kaya Tapioca Pudding Tart

Kaya is a popular sweet jam used in singapore. It has notes of coconut, pandan and honey. It adds slight sweetness to the tapioca custard.

The cookie base is made with whole grain oats and has caramelized flavors from browned butter and brown sugar, which sets it apart from the classic baked pie at Chinese Restaurants. 


These are made individual sized to serve at small gatherings or events. They can be ordered individually  or in assorted dessert boxes for gifting.
