MACADAMIA NUT SHORTBREAD EASTER COOKIE
These shortbread cookies made with Macadamia Nuts are crumbly and buttery. They will remind you of the ones popular from Honolulu.
Our version is flour-less with nutritional benefits from 2 nuts (Macadamia Nuts and Almonds). High in dietary fiber, vitamin E and antioxidants just to name a few.

For our Easter Edition, we've added our homemade white Belgian model chocolate on top. Model chocolate is similar to fondant except it tastes like chocolate. This gives the cookie a nice chewy texture as well.
Ingredients: Almond Flour, Butter, Powdered Sugar, Gluten-free Flour Blend, Roasted Macadamia Nuts, Organic Eggs, Callebaut Belgian White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Salt.
