Madeleine Sandwich Ube Cream

Madeleines are small sponge cakes (although some regard them as cookies), traditionally enjoyed during tea time. 

​

Our version is made with Organic whole grain certified gluten-free oats with a touch of orange zest. Ube (Sweet Potatoe) Ermine Buttercream gives it a nice twist to this French classic delicacy.

Ingredients: *Organic Whole Grain Certified Gluten-free Oats, Gluten-free Flour Blend, Evaporated Milk,  Butter, *Organic Eggs, Sugar, Tapioca Flour, Condense Milk, Orange Zest, Baking Powder, Vanilla, Ube Extra Salt. 

 

*Nut free, Gluten-free but contains dairy.
