Neapolitan Cookie Sandwich

Neapolitan ice cream in cookie form?

That's right! There are 3 flavors in this cookie. Our original brown butter oat base with Strawberry and Chocolate.  Oh wait, but it's also a cookie sandwich! That means there are 2 of these cookies sandwiched between a light coconut buttercream. The cream is then dipped in shredded unsweetened coconut for extra texture. You'll have a different flavor in each bite. 

 

Ingredients: *Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour, Sugar, Butter, Gf Flour Blend, *Organic Eggs, Vanilla, Baking Soda, Salt, Strawberry, Cocoa Powder, Maltodextrin, Cornstarch, Lecithin. Buttercream (Icing Sugar, Coconut Cream, Unsweetened coconut).
