It's not quite a cake, or a Japanese mochi. This classic Hawaiian treat is dense but soft and chewy.

Made with coconut cream, rice flour and butter. They are bite sized and lightly sweetened, one can easily consume many in one sitting. These are great for events and party hosting. 


Toast these up in the oven and they'll taste like rice pudding with a crispy exterior.
