This rich and decadent Canadian classic is elevated by a layer of Callebaut Belgian Ruby Chocolate, with a touch of edible rose pedals and silver for garnish. Ruby chocolate has hints of fruity berries. 


The chocolate cookie base is filled with chunks of organic roasted almonds, gluten-free graham cracker and coconut. The custard buttercream holds everything together. This comes in a nut-friendly version without almonds. Only, available when selecting nut-free dessert boxes.
